01Operator and agreement
This agreement is between you and 香港人工智能电影制片人协会 (Hong Kong Artificial Intelligence Film Producers Association), the operator of AIF MARKET. Creating an account or ordering a service requires acceptance. Paid transactions require age 18 or above and legal capacity; organization representatives must have authority. Specific accepted order terms govern that order alongside this agreement.
02Accounts and wallets
Use accurate information and protect account access. Email login does not automatically create a custodial wallet. You may save receiving addresses or connect supported external wallets. Check the network, token and address before confirming. We never need your seed phrase. Signing in or saving an address alone does not authorize a transfer.
03Delegated agents
You control each agent's permissions, duration and any available limits. You are responsible for authorized actions performed on your behalf. Revoke credentials you no longer trust and report compromise promptly. Discovery and read access do not confer buying, signing or spending rights. Restrictions imposed by the service remain effective for agents.
04Works and intellectual property
You retain your rights in uploaded material. You grant the limited permissions needed to host, process, display and deliver it according to your settings and accepted orders. You must hold the necessary rights, including likeness, music and source-material permissions. A buyer receives only the license described in its order; a token or file transfer alone does not transfer every intellectual-property right.
05INDEX and market admission
INDEX is the platform's global AI copyright certification and asset-record foundation. Global listings require a valid existing INDEX record linked to the relevant work and version. Without INDEX, government or legally recognized institutional copyright evidence supports listings limited to its corresponding country or territory under platform rules. Sellers must keep rights scope and supporting records accurate. No duplicate AIF certificate is required.
06Copyright orders and settlement
Review the license, territory, use, duration, delivery manifest, price and acceptance conditions before ordering. The checkout identifies the settlement method. In direct settlement, funds go to the seller; chain verification releases authorized delivery access. This is not escrow. A protected method applies only when expressly available for that order. Report delivery or rights disputes through the order and service center with evidence; refunds follow the accepted terms and applicable law.
07NODE subscriptions and cancellation
NODE combines a site, works library, service center, agent interfaces and payment connections within the purchased plan's limits. Monthly or annual subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed rate until canceled. Cancel in account billing before the next renewal; paid access normally continues to the period end. Failed payments may restrict service after notices. Upgrades, extra usage and applicable taxes are shown before authorization. Refund rights required by law remain unaffected.
08Domains and optional services
Domain registration is a separate purchase at the confirmed registrar price, without an AIF markup. Availability is not reserved by a search or quote. Registration term, current renewal quote and contact requirements are shown before payment; future renewal prices may change. Registration completes only after the registrar confirms it. Existing-domain owners must configure the required DNS. NODE cancellation does not cancel domain ownership or renewal obligations. Add-ons require separate activation.
09FilmToken and project participation
A catalogue entry or roadshow is not itself an open offering. Participation requires a separately approved offering, its issuer, token, rights, eligibility, use of proceeds, delivery and exit terms. Payments in AIF and FilmToken delivery follow that order's stated process. Project progress, asset quality, token value and liquidity can vary; production spending does not guarantee preserved value, returns or a buyback. Any restriction on funds must be supported by the actual project mechanism.
10AIF purchases and charges
Before paying, review the current AIF price, currency, quantity, receiving network, delivery schedule and issuer terms. Card payments use the named payment processor; on-chain transfers require the correct token and address. Fees and taxes shown at checkout apply. AIF is not described by this agreement as a bank deposit, guaranteed redemption claim or promise of investment return.
11Responsible use and service remedies
Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate rights holders, expose private data, manipulate transactions or attack the service. We may restrict harmful content or access, preserve necessary evidence and provide a review channel. Outages, third-party services and blockchain finality can affect timing. We remain responsible as required by law; this agreement excludes no liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. A dispute does not authorize unilateral changes to an accepted license.
12Changes, law and contact
Hong Kong law governs this agreement, subject to mandatory rights in your jurisdiction. Contact the service center or info@hkaiiff.org first to resolve a complaint; unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent Hong Kong courts, without removing mandatory local remedies. Material changes apply prospectively with appropriate notice and any required consent. Accepted order snapshots remain the reference for existing transactions. English is the reference text if translations differ, subject to applicable law.
