01Scope and responsibility
AIF MARKET and its managed NODE infrastructure are operated by 香港人工智能电影制片人协会 (Hong Kong Artificial Intelligence Film Producers Association). This policy covers platform accounts, services and interfaces. An independent NODE operator also controls its own customer relationships and must publish appropriate notices.
02Information we collect
We process account email, profile and role settings, wallet addresses and signature proofs, domain registrant details, uploaded works and rights records, orders, billing status, service messages, device and access logs. Provide accurate information and upload other people's data only with authority. Required fields are identified in each flow.
03Purpose and choice
We use information to authenticate users, deliver websites and files, verify rights and payments, manage subscriptions, respond to requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. If necessary information is withheld, the related service may not work. Optional marketing requires the applicable consent and can be declined.
04Public works, INDEX and agents
Only information designated for publication is intended for public catalogues, INDEX-linked discovery, search engines and agent interfaces. Private originals, account details, keys and internal records are restricted. Published information can be copied by others; changing visibility cannot remove every external copy or a confirmed blockchain record.
05AI features and delegated access
When you choose an AI feature, the content needed for that request may be sent to the identified model provider. Do not include secrets or unrelated personal data. Agent access follows its granted scope and expiry and can be revoked. Read permission does not grant spending authority. This policy does not grant a general license to train models on private works.
06Providers and international processing
We use hosting, database, storage, payment, registrar and notification providers, including Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Stripe and Resend where applicable. Necessary information may be processed outside your location under access restrictions and applicable contractual safeguards. Registrant disclosures follow registry rules. Lawful requests or necessary fraud investigations may require disclosure. We do not sell personal information.
07Cookies and local storage
Essential session cookies support login and security. Local storage may remember language, appearance and interface choices; a PWA may cache public application resources. Clearing them may sign you out or reset preferences. Optional tracking, if introduced, requires the choices applicable in your region; it is not needed to purchase basic services.
08Security and retention
We use permission controls, restricted storage and protected server credentials. No system is immune to incidents. Works remain stored to provide the selected service rather than being discarded after analysis. Account, transaction and support records are retained for service, dispute and legal needs; when no longer needed they are deleted or anonymized. Backups may take longer to expire.
09Your requests and complaints
Use the service center or info@hkaiiff.org to request access, correction, an export, deletion or withdrawal of optional consent. We may verify your identity and explain lawful retention limits. Requests are handled within applicable statutory periods. You may complain to the Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data or your competent authority. Never send passwords or seed phrases.
10Children and updates
Paid transactions and financial participation are intended for adults with legal capacity. Contact us if a child has supplied information without appropriate authority. The effective date identifies this policy version. Material changes will be notified through the platform or account contact; a new use requiring consent will be presented separately.
