Concrete Berta Learns to Swim

Inside the film.

Berta mixes the smoothest concrete at the fictional Kieselhof construction site but avoids every puddle. After a cloudburst, four ducklings float on a soaked blueprint into the deep pit; with help from the little vibrator Rollo, Berta learns to use her drum as a flotation device. The family animation uses fully synthetic machine and animal figures in a colorful model-building world.
