THE STORY

Inside the film.

Marc runs a sleepy town hall print room until a clerical error makes him acting president every Monday. Each week starts with a new national crisis caused by laws he never remembers signing. With a croissant, a stamp pad, and one furious intern, Marc has until noon to restore the republic.
