July temperatures break every record, but one luxury resort still advertises perfect snow. Glaciologist Nora follows water trucks through closed tunnels and finds an artificial winter built from the valley's drinking supply. Her footage becomes evidence as avalanches of manufactured ice begin sliding toward the town.
